Meditation and mindfulness

In 2018, St Catherine's will be launching a Wellness Program. The program includes a series of workshops, events, and opportunities designed to promote physical and mental wellness. We have piloted the program in Semester 2 2017 with workshops such as 'Wednesdays with Sa,' which an hour of guided relaxation, meditation and mindfulness. Sa is a counsellor and healer and throughout the hour delivers tips and strategies for dealing with stress, relaxing and being present. Each activity is accompanied by an explanation and the opportunity to ask questions and receive feedback.
