The College expects the commitment of every member to conduct themselves in accordance with our core values at all times. Residents are expected to know and to adhere to the Code of Conduct and Ethics and the College Policies.
The College does not tolerate any form of harassment, bullying, hazing, sexual misconduct or discrimination. If you experience or witness any of these please make a report.
Hazing Policy
Training
Compulsory training is required for every new resident to College and is usually held during Orientation Week. If residents are unable to attend these sessions, repeat training sessions are held again during the semester with four training sessions being on offer during the year. These sessions include:
Consent and Healthy Relationships
Being an ethical bystander
Responsible use of alcohol
Ongoing workshops to foster a caring, supportive community (such as Listening with Intent, Conflict Resolution etc)
Support Staff including all Senior Staff, are always available to assist residents and can provide a multitude of professional support services, resources and recommend service providers.
