Most of Bloom's 50 passionate volunteers are comprised of high-achieving students who hail from a variety of backgrounds. Many have experience in entrepreneurial ventures themselves.

Peter Rossdeutscher, Entrepreneur and Principal of Atomic Sky, heads up the group and has provided expert advice and support to Bloom and St Catherine's over a number of years. He is committed to providing opportunities for young people to create their own future world of work and to nurture the wealth generators and leaders of tomorrow.
