Our Studio Rooms are the largest ones on College Row and are perfect if you would like a bit more independence. All our rooms are semi-furnished and professionally serviced weekly. Just bring your linen and anything else you need to make your room home.

Our architecturally-designed Premium Studio Rooms offer you a personal study and rest space with an ensuite bathroom and kitchenette.

Our new buildings were officially opened by the Hon Julie Bishop MP in 2014. Designed as a 'building in which to dream', it has been recognised for its superior standard in collegiate style accommodation, winning the coveted WA Master Builder-Bankwest Excellence in Construction Award for Best Multi-Unit Development.

Our senior staff are responsible for the allocation of rooms. A variety of factors will be taken into account when placing residents in accommodation areas. These include availability, seniority, academic needs and community considerations.
