Entrepreneurship

Want to start your own business? It's never too early to start!

We're a proud partner of Bloom, WA's leading youth entrepreneurial community.

We have our very own coworking space, the BloomLab, and is UWA's official student innovation hub.

We encourage you to be innovative and bold in your approach.

Indigenous Access

Together we support one another to create excellence, knowledge and understanding. By saying 'yes' to opportunities, we become the change we want to see in the world.

We provide equity of access for Indigenous students through our Dandjoo Darbalung program which in Nyungar means ‘mixing together’ the way fresh water and the salt water mixes in the Swan estuary across from our College.

The Dream Location

Info Banner Template Map.jpg

We’re just opposite UWA (a two-minute walk!).

And only a short walk from all areas of the University, the Swan River and Kings Park.

Public transport is available in front of the College for easy access to the City of Perth, as well as the nearby suburbs of Subiaco, Claremont, Cottesloe and Fremantle.

Not studying at UWA? Many of our residents study not only at UWA but also at Curtin, Notre Dame, ECU and TAFE. Public transport is available so you can get from A to B in no time at all.

From our St Cat's Residents

Check out Nicola Mbano's first-year experience St Cat’s ✌️

In this video you can learn about what our College means to our residents and what makes St Catherine's such a vibrant and supportive community 😃
Living on campus isn't just for regional or International students, Luke and Leyton are from the Perth Metro area and say why the college experience is unbeatable.

St Cat’s encourages you to be innovative and bold in your approach. By partnering with WA’s leading youth entrepreneurial community, Bloom, we enable you to embrace thinking about your future in a different way.

You don’t need to be a UWA student to stay at St Cat’s! Hear from Curtin University student, Catherine! 😁😎

UWA student Oaklee is from the South West of WA and explains why living on campus is the best way to transition into life at uni.
