As a later year university student, you’ll get the opportunity to live in a Studio Room in our new buildings. All our rooms are fully furnished and professionally serviced weekly. Just bring your own linen and anything else you need to make your room home.
Our architecturally-designed Studio Rooms offer you a personal study and rest space with an en suite bathroom and kitchenette.
While our Studio Room lends itself to a more independent living environment, you'll still be well taken care of with the support of a Residential Adviser (RA) and have access to college-wide events and services.
About our new buildings
Our new buildings were officially opened by the Hon Julie Bishop MP in 2014. Designed as a 'building in which to dream', it has been recognised for its superior standard in collegiate style accommodation, winning the coveted WA Master Builder-Bankwest Excellence in Construction Award for Best Multi-Unit Development.
There are a number of terms and conditions relating to admission and eligibility for Studio Rooms. Please read the information provided regarding NRAS if you are considering applying for this room type.
How are rooms allocated?
Studio Rooms are primarily for domestic students who are in their later years at university.
The senior staff are responsible for the allocation of rooms. A variety of factors will be taken into account when placing residents in accommodation areas. These include availability, seniority, academic needs and community considerations.
