College Policies

We recognise that everyone in our community has the right to live, study and work in a safe and supportive environment. One of the ways that we endeavour to maintain and promote this environment at all times is through our policies and procedures.

The College has a Open Door Policy. If you need assistance of any kind, please contact an RA or member of Staff you feel most comfortable talking with. The person you talk to will either assist you with your query or help you contact the person or agency best able to provide you with the answers or support you require.

The policies listed below govern the behaviour of all members of our college community – students and staff (residential and non-residential). Alumni, contractors and visitors to College are also considered to be bound by College policies when on site.

If you have an incident to report, or need assistance determining how to go about making a report about bullying, harassment, discrimination or sexual assault, or any breach of our Code of Conduct or Code of Ethics, you might want to refer to the HOW TO MAKE A REPORT AT A GLANCE below.

If you have concerns or questions you are encouraged to seek help for yourself or for others at any time. All matters will be managed in confidence and with respect. Your health, safety and well being is of the utmost importance to us.
